Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on stat holidays will begin to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your parcel has been packed and shipped.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

If you are browsing in a currency other than CAD, the prices are set based on the daily market exchange rates. Because these amounts are approximate conversions from CAD and can fluctuate based on the exchange market, they might differ slightly from the total amount captured at check-out.

SALES TAX

Taxes are charged based on the shipping address. Canadian orders will be charged provincial tax rates. US and international orders will not be charged sales tax but may be subject to customs charges and/or duties.

SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer you complimentary ground shipping on North American orders above $100 CAD*. Flat rate shipping of $10 CAD is offered for orders that do not qualify for free shipping. Express shipping is also offered within North America. Shipping charges are applied based on the weight and dimensions. You will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with your order. If you decide to refuse your order shipments, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both the outbound and returned shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or stat holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Mariselle & Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

*Select oversized/overweight items do not qualify for free shipping and will be noted in the 'details' section of the product page; shipping rates will be reflected at check-out. *Remote/distant regions may experience longer transit times. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on all items* (excluding sale items) that are unused and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. To initiate a return/exchange please email hello@mariselleandco.com.

Please note, returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from order delivery. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Hamilton studio (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as Mariselle & Co. is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item at our studio. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement. 

Mariselle & Co. reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the return/exchange policy. Select items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be marked as final sale in the product description. 

As we try to fulfill orders promptly, we are unable to guarantee orders can be cancelled or adjusted once placed. Mariselle & Co. reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.
