Shipping

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please then allow 3-9 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your parcel has been packed and shipped.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O BOX?

We cannot ship to a P.O box so please make sure to provide a valid, municipal shipping address.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on North American orders above $100 CAD*. Flat rate shipping of $10 CAD is offered for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on all items* (excluding sale items) that are unused and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. To initiate a return/exchange please email hello@mariselleandco.com.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) to obtain return information.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?

We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Hamilton, ON studio (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as Mariselle & Co. is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit.
